1. How It All Works

If you would like a one-on-one styling session with the designer, Elizabeth, you can book in for a 1 hour appointment. 

The appointment is $95 and you may bring one or two guests. 

If you purchase your wedding outfit on the day, there is no charge for the appointment. If you make the deposit within 2 weeks of receiving your quote, the $95 is deducted from the total.

You are able to buy pieces off the rack in-store, shop online, or opt for bespoke pieces to be made especially for you.

2. Choosing Underwear

We recommend nude colored underwear, as it will be totally invisible under your outfit.

White underwear, especially traditional bridal with lots of bits and bobs, will often show through the light floaty layers.

It is really helpful to have a strapless bra with you for trying everything on when you come in to the store.

Position seam at Centre Back.

Hold ties loosely bunched and cross firmly at the front.

Tie at back, or wrap around and bow/knot at front.

Wrapping should sit smoothly on rib cage under bust.

4. Alterations

A La Robe styles are mostly very simple to alter. 

An experienced dressmaker will have no trouble taking in or letting out, 

and lengths are easily adjusted as many styles have raw edge hemlines.

We can alter anything bought in store, prices will be quoted according to what is required.

5. After the Big Day

Return your outfit for our personalized hand washing service- regular service cost is $100. 

If you plan to have your garments dyed at some stage do NOT dry-clean.

Skirts and dresses are able to be shortened and dyed, so get in touch with your particular request and we will give you a quote.
